Peanut Sauce

peanut butter1 tbsp

santen mix2 tbsp

sirup from perserved ginger1 tbsp

1Recipe makes 4dl. Finely mince the onion . Sauté the onion in a saucepan until it starts to colour. Add peanut butter , sambal oelek , garlic powder . Fry while stirring continusly for another minute.onion: 1 small, peanut butter: 1 tbsp, sambal oelek: 2 tsp, garlic powder: 2 tsp

2Add enough boiling water until desired consistancy.

3Add ketjap manis , santen mix , brown sugar , lemon or lime juice , coriander (ketoembar) , laos , sirup from perserved ginger .
